FAQ's

Is this safe if I have injuries or joint problems?

Yes. Every programme is built around you, your injuries, your limitations and your current fitness level. Nothing is copy and paste. If something doesn't work for your body, we find something that does.

I haven't trained in years, is this suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely. Many clients come back to training after years away. You don't need a base level of fitness to start, you just need to be ready to commit to the process.

What happens on the intro call?

It's a straightforward conversation, no hard sell. We will discuss your goals, your history and what's held you back. From there we will know whether coaching is the right fit and which program suits you.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Three to four sessions per week, each between 45 and 60 minutes. Structured, efficient and built around a busy lifestyle.

Do I need a gym membership or can I train at home?

A gym is recommended for the best results, particularly for Tier 2. That said, home training options can be discussed on your intro call depending on the equipment you have available.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice real changes within the first four weeks. Significant body composition changes typically happen within 12 weeks when the programme is followed consistently.

What if I'm not making progress?

The programme gets adjusted. Your progress is monitored through regular check-ins and your training and nutrition adapted accordingly. You won't be left following a plan that isn't working.
